With over a decade of experience in UI/UX design, my educational journey commenced at the University of Nevada, Reno, where I majored in Art with a focus on digital media and was further honed at the Academy of Art University. This combination of academic rigor and creative exploration has been pivotal in shaping my professional trajectory.

At Capital One, I have been instrumental in designing user-centric applications, conducting comprehensive research testing, and presenting innovative design proposals. This role has enabled me to delve into various facets of design, from legal documentation to user feedback analysis, showcasing my adaptability and dedication to user experience.

A significant highlight of my career was at JPMorgan Chase, where I led several key design initiatives. Notably, I designed the online enrollment project, streamlining the process for customers to create their digital credentials on chase.com. This project, which went live last year, has been a monumental success, leading to a substantial increase in lead-to-user conversion, with over 1 million customers visiting the page and 225,000 completing the form monthly.

Additionally, I developed a high-fidelity, web-based prototype for the Branch digital account opening project. This 15-screen prototype with interactive forms underwent rigorous usability testing and was successfully implemented in 50 Chase branches, significantly enhancing customer experience in account opening.

My academic tenure, especially at the University of Nevada, Reno, culminated in my creative works becoming part of the college's legacy collections, a testament to my longstanding commitment to excellence in design.
